The Story
Dirty Windows is the Folk and Americana duo of Ella and Drew Andrews, built on over a decade of friendship, music, and a love story that took its time.
They met years ago through a mutual connection to play music together and quickly became inseparable as collaborators and friends. For years, they wrote songs side by side, never quite realizing they were already telling their own story in the process.
Dirty Windows is where that story finally comes into focus.
Stripped down and unfiltered, the project leaves nowhere to hide. The songs are honest, sometimes uncomfortable, and always real, delivered the way they were meant to be heard.
While the two also perform as part of Ella and the Sunday Sinners, Dirty Windows is something different, more intimate, more vulnerable, and centered entirely on the truth behind the songs.
Live Shows - What To Expect
Dirty Windows delivers a stripped-down, story-driven set built for rooms that want to listen, or spaces that need the right kind of atmosphere.
With a dynamic, acoustic-driven sound, the focus stays on honest songwriting and close harmonies. Whether the room is locked in on every word or just letting the music set the tone, the duo knows how to meet the moment.
The set moves between original songs and a wide range of covers, reworked in their own Folk and Americana style. From unexpected favorites to familiar classics, everything is pulled into the same honest, stripped-down feel.
Dirty Windows is just as at home in listening rooms and songwriter rounds as it is in wine bars, private events, and laid-back venues.
